A dash means the release did not state a figure we could extract, not that the figure is zero. Penalty and disgorgement are stored separately so aggregates across the library do not double-count the same dollars.

What is alleged to have happened

The Commission found that Chackerian, a board member and secretary of medical products distributor In Home Medical Solutions, traded Emeritus securities before the February 20, 2014 announcement, using confidential merger information relayed within his company from an Emeritus subsidiary officer, whose business was material to it.

On his consent he must pay disgorgement of $157,207.80, prejudgment interest of $18,635.55 and a civil penalty of $157,207.80.
