What is alleged to have happened

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced these filings on July 10, 2026 as release LR-26582, in a Southern District of New York case filed August 14, 2025 and recorded separately at filing; the court had earlier entered bifurcated injunctions.

In the criminal case Yedid received 15 months in prison, a $50,000 fine and forfeiture of $244,901; Kaufman time served, a $95,000 fine and forfeiture of $489,802; Jacobs probation, a $20,000 fine and forfeiture of $36,138. The recorded disgorgement and interest add the stated civil amounts.
