In March 2026 the Securities and Exchange Commission filed settled charges against Paul Jorgensen, former Doximity chief revenue officer, who allegedly sold 61,162 shares in August 2022 before an earnings call on non-public knowledge of weak sales and failed to report the sales, then traded again days after being fired in 2023, for aggregate profits and losses avoided of about $2,532,775. He consented to a judgment with monetary relief to be set by the court and pleaded guilty to securities fraud in a parallel case on January 9, 2026.
