A dash means the release did not state a figure we could extract, not that the figure is zero. Penalty and disgorgement are stored separately so aggregates across the library do not double-count the same dollars.

What is alleged to have happened

The SEC announced the judgments of May 28, 2019 on June 27, 2019 (LR-24519); the complaint was filed in April 2017. Over 75% of the money allegedly went to Krimm's personal expenses and to payments to prior investors. Krimm pleaded guilty in a parallel Delaware case to securities fraud and theft.

The record showed about $2 million as disgorgement, which was the sum of disgorgement and the penalty. The Ponzi tag is removed because the release describes a mortgage offering fraud.
