In March 2026 the Securities and Exchange Commission announced a final consent judgment, entered March 20, against Kevan Sadigh, who it said was tipped by a friend and colleague, who in turn had a tip from a J.P. Morgan analyst, about two acquisitions advised by the bank, and traded in parallel with the colleague. He was enjoined under Sections 10(b) and 14(e) and held liable for $108,120 in disgorgement, deemed satisfied by his criminal forfeiture.
